Headed up by Matthew Davies Hendre’s Development team have extensive experience in the delivery of general needs, supported and residential care housing, both through newbuild and refurbishment projects. Hendre provide a full development service to our subsidiary group members as well as external clients, dealing with every aspect of the development process from inception through to completion.
