 Our highly experienced finance staff work in four teams;

The Payables Team

Manages a busy purchase ledger with a throughput in excess of 50,000 invoices per annum. The team also deals with suppliers, contractors and HM Revenue & Customs.

The Receivables Team

Monitors and keeps up-to-date records of all income. This includes processing rent and fee accounts in excess of 5,000 tenants and residents.

The Financial & Management Accounting Team

Provide a wide assortment of financial and management information for internal and external use. The team produces monthly and quarterly management and annual statutory accounts as well as providing business planning and accountancy services to internal and external clients.

The Treasury Management Team

Monitors the Group’s exposure to the borrowings and future cash flow requirements. With loan facilities in excess of £105 million, the team has developed relationships with all the major funders and has substantial experience of the workings of Capital Markets. The team continuously seeks to make the best use of finances so that valuable resources are not wasted.
