Financial Administrative Assistant

Hafod Care Association Limited has recently opened a large Nursing Home in Caerphilly. We are seeking a key professional team member to be responsible for the financial functioning of the Home

Responsible to the Co-ordinator; Financial Administration, who is based in Cardiff, the main duties of the post will be to ensure the accurate and timely collection of residential care charges for the Home, collation of payroll information for a large staff group, and processing supplier invoices

A financial background that includes elements of credit control and salaries is essential for this post. Having or working toward an HNC in Business and Finance or AAT is highly desirable. The successful applicant will be an essential car user and will be required to use their own car.

In addition to being self-motivated, reliable, and computer literate, you will need to be extremely flexible and able to work proficiently in a very busy environment. while following the Associations' practices and procedures
