Gwynfa is a Residential Care Home based in Llanishen, Cardiff. It provides twenty four hour care and support for sixteen residents who have experienced poor mental health.
Key duties will include preparing, cooking and presenting nutritious meals to the highest quality whilst ensuring a good standard of hygiene is maintained.
It's desirable but not essential that you possess an NVQ Level II/III in a catering related field or be willing to undertake any necessary training.
