Administrative Officer (Temporary Vacancy)
Applicants will need to provide a full administrative service to the organisation which will include responding to maintenance requests from tenants, maintaining the QLX Housing database which incorporates gas and electricity certificate updates and repair invoices. Other duties include preparation of tenant move-in packs and maintenance of the tenant voucher system. The successful applicant will also be responsible for other general administrative functions together with providing excellent customer service.
Applications must be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and be familiar with using databases. You should also be able to prioritise tasks, work to deadlines and be an effective member of the team. The successful applicant will need to be able to deal effectively with people at all levels and have a flexible approach to their work.
